WCC - Oakwood Primary School

School Location: Wood Primary School, Morris Drive, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 4QH. The school is in a building shared with its sister secondary school and the Council are working in partnership with both schools to create the new building. The schools cater for pupils with a wide range of medical and personal care needs. The works are to construct a four-classroom single-storey building, (approximately 472 m2) connected to the existing School, including the construction of a haul road. Works are to be carried out between July 2025 and September 2026. The Council had been working with Pick Everard and Gleeds to bring this scheme to the market. This was a single-stage traditional appointment.
