Geographical Information System (GIS)

The award of a contract to StatMap Ltd, for the provision of Geographical Information System (GIS) services via the CCS Vertical Application Solutions (VAS) framework RM6259, Lot 3 - Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions, from 01 September 2025 for an initial term of one year with the option to extend for one year, at a total value of £94,720 (this includes a fixed 7.3% 2nd year price increase). If a single year is required, this licence cost and support for the 1 year will be £45,700. The single year option does mean that if extended beyond the 1 year, the price would then increase by an unknown inflationary factor. The 2 year option provides certainty for the 2nd years increase.
