Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Sparc+ (Supporting People After Remand or Conviction) for Residents of HMP YOI Lincoln The aim of SPARC is to support the transition into prison custody in order to increase wellbeing, support the maintenance of family ties, and facilitate access to other prison services. The underlying premise is that if prisoners are supported to have their basic needs met, then they will be better able to engage in prison services and their sentence plans, and therefore have an increased opportunity to engage in behaviour change and successful resettlement into the community thereafter.
