Usability project: Identifying challenges and solutions for improving inclusivity and usability in the consumption of internet delivered television

The project will require that the service provider conducts interviews with identified groups of persons who may be potentially impacted by the increasing shift in the delivery of TV via IP, capture their requirements and develop IP-based solutions which address these.
