Midlands pre-hospital frailty network

The authority required a supplier to provide programme design and management, data analysis and on site improvement personnel to 8 ICS areas across the midlands. The following support will be provided to the midlands collaborative: 1. Delivery of a programme of 'on the ground' support to 8 clinical teams. 2. Delivery of a regional programme to support improvements 3. Co-design of a shared approach to improvement and a learning framework 4. Analysis of data for quantitative assessment of impact 5. Design and delivery of shared learning 6. Overall programme management
