To include the supply of bitumen and the provision of all necessary Traffic management to complete the schemes. The work is to include Small Tanker works. The application of a surface seal or lockchip treatment to surface dressing sites in Cornwall Approx. 51,000 m2 The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 80% price, 20% quality.
