Description
Charnwood Borough Council seeks suppliers to tender for the provision of a preventative and responsive maintenance contract. The contract will be for Charnwood CCTV System and will run for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year. Charnwood Borough Council's CCTV System comprises of approximately 65 cameras (including 3 ANPR cameras), in Loughborough, Syston, and Shepshed, in addition to Control Room equipment, Vigilant Archive, Recording and Reviewing Systems and Vigilant Viewing Stations. The Supplier will be expected to carry out regular checks, monitor and maintain the System. Preventative maintenance will ensure the increased life expectancy of CCTV equipment. Last date for request of tender documents is 30th January 2018, with Tenders to be returned by 12 Noon on the 5th February 2018
