Description
This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice to advise that The Royal Navy, part of the UK Ministry of Defence, has awarded a 2 year contract to CAE UK PLC ("CAE") for the provision of Magnetic Anomaly Detection-XR Sensors ("MAD-XR Sensors") and ancillaries, including training and support. It is considered that this contract can be awarded using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice pursuant to regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Article 32(2)(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU) for technical reasons.
