This Tender was for the supply of Dairy & Bread and has been carried out in accordance with Schedule 7 (Re-Opening of Competition) of the DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) Agreement 2022/S 000-020877. More generally (subject to the order of precedence) set out in the terms of the DPS Agreement applied to this tender. Suppliers that were awarded to the DPS Agreement 'DPS Agreement 2022/S 000-020877 for the supply of Dairy & Bread' were invited to take part in this Tender. This tender is for a contract term of one year with a one year extension opportunity (1+1). This Tender covers products in the Dairy & Bread Categories on the Fresh Food DPS Agreement, and includes all requirements from these categories of food for the supply and delivery to KCHFT Sites
