Description

The Customer now intends to award a single Provider Contract for the provision of Healthcare & Forensic Services in Custody for The Police and Crime Commissioner for Durham (DPCC) following the standstill period. DPCC has managed this procurement process in accordance with the new Public Procurement Act 2023 and followed the Competitive Flexible Procedure (“the Regulations”). We would like to thank everyone who has participated in this detailed procurement exercise.
