Tender for Pavillion Demolition Incl. Associated Works

The works include demolition and disposal (off-site) of an existing & delipidated pavilion, garage unit and extensive vegetation. Other works include construction of a replacement garage / storage unit, fencing amendments and electrical installation (to be undertaken and managed by the tenderer / contractor). Please see accompanying Scope of Works document for more detailed information. Tenderers will be accepted through the Contracts Finder portal, and will be evaluated on an assessment of cost, quality and ability to complete the works in 2024.
