Description
The City Council is looking for one or more security contractors to deliver a range of security services across the Salford area in order to improve the safety of staff and the public and the protection of premises and assets, for both the council, its partners and external customers. With a proactive approach to managing resources and risk, our aim is to provide a service to the highest standards. Services include active monitoring of circa 180 CCTV cameras, active monitoring and response to intruder and fire alarms, secure customer key holding, pre-arranged locks and unlocks to customers premises, random mobile security patrols to customers premises and static guarding. The contractor or contractors will be required to liaise with the Council's authorised representatives to develop and support Salford's Crime and Disorder Strategy.
