M2M Post-Pilot Monitoring and Evaluation

This is a one-off call-off framework task for a specialist traffic technology team, to provide the necessary data, intelligence and knowledge to ensure that a robust evaluation of a pilot project known as Motorway to Motorway (M2M) is undertaken in order to determine whether or not the pilot has been successful in delivering the success factors and other business outcomes.
