London St. Pancras High Speed - Legal Services

HS1 LIMITED (trading as London St. Pancras Highspeed) is seeking to invite suitable service providers (“Tenderers”) to participate in a tender exercise for the procurement of Legal Services (“the Services”). The call for competition is via this PQQ followed by an ITT (for qualifying Tenderers). The indicative timetable for the procurement is given in the attached pdf (see Table 1 on page 7). This PQQ is being issued by London St. Pancras Highspeed in connection with a negotiated procurement conducted under the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016.
