The following figures are totals for all 20 authorities expected to use this framework agreement initially: The supply of approximately £25,000,000 (net of re-purchase “collection” credits) worth of community equipment / disability aids per year, to be delivered to and installed in individuals' homes. The provision of approximately £9,000,000 worth of associated services per year including equipment storage, delivery, installation, servicing & maintenance, safety testing (PAT & LOLER), collection, cleaning & refurbishment, repair, disposal/scrapping and also refurbished specials management, minor adaptations, IT (provision of an equipment ordering & management system - including management information). The contract also includes a trusted assessment service.
