Practice Vacancy - Weelsby View Health Centre Grimsby - APMS Contract

NHS England (North) Yorkshire and Humber are accountable for the provision of local GP practice services in the North Yorkshire and Humber area. Under the co-commissioning arrangements CCGs have delegated responsibility and together with NHS England have commissioned a APMS service to be delivered from Weelsby View Health Centre, Ladysmith Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN32 9SW.This service will deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to the registered patients of the practice.
