Description

Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust ("BDAT") is a Multi-Academy Trust established in 2012 to support and sponsor Church of England academies and other schools in Bradford on behalf of the Diocese of Leeds. BDAT works with schools to provide a network of support and challenge, so working together we can achieve our vision of improved outcomes and results for our children and young people. At BDAT we want every child to have a happy and high-quality education enabling them to grow and flourish during their time at school. BDAT comprises of 20 schools (5 secondary and 15 primary), supporting more than 10,000 children and employing around 1,600 staff. An additional primary school is currently in the process of joining the Trust, with an expected conversion date (1st February 2025) ahead of the Contract start date. There is also a small head office for central Trust staff. Further details can be found at www.bdat-academies.org We are inviting firms that can provide a finance system to tender and the successful firm will be offered a 3-year contract with option for an additional 2 years. The Contract with our current provider, IRIS Financials, ends in July 2025 and we envisage the new Contract will start from 1st June 2025 to ensure a managed handover to the new provider, if required.
