Description
The Council is seeking a provider to deliver a CQC regulated 46-bed Nursing & Dementia Nursing Service and Hotel Service contract. 36 Beds will be under a block Contract with the Council with an additional 10 private beds made available to the provider. The service will be delivered under a block contract arrangement by a CQC regulated Care Provider, meaning CQC Registration will be required. The Service provides nursing and dementia care, including to those with complex needs, for older people who are no longer able to remain living at home. Co located within the setting is a 20-bed Intermediate Care Service (ICS) delivered by the NHS. This is regulated under a separate CQC Registration. Hotel Services and Facilities Management to the entire facility, including the NHS operated floor, are to be delivered by the provider. This includes, but is not limited to, catering, portering, cleaning, reception as well as repairs and maintenance to support the efficient delivery of services.
