Description
Cherry Tree Close is a mental health rehabilitation and recovery unit, providing assessment, care and treatment to 23 service users located on the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's Kingsway Site, Derby. The single storey accommodation comprises of five single sex, self-contained bungalows for either four or five service users. The works comprise the replacement of heating and hot water plant to bungalows 1,2,5 and 6 to replicate exactly the replacement plant installed in bungalow 3 using identical plant and equipment. • Replacement of the existing combi boiler with new Ideal Vogue S32 system boiler plant. • Supply and install controls to provide heating and hot water in the building complete with associated valves. • Supply and installation of one number 250 litre indirect hot water vessel. • Supply and installation of HWS and HTG pressurisation kits • Supply and installation of anti-legionella valve. • Connection of new pipework into existing. • Supply and installation of pumps valves and ancillary equipment to suit new plant and boiler arrangements.
