An RFQ was issued for a consultant to undergo a RIBA Stage 1 - 2 study for the St. James the Great Church in Eve Hill, Dudley. The consultants will undergo a review of current status and context and engage in consultation to support the development of options for the building's future use, as well as draw all necessary documentation for RIBA Stages 1 - 2.
