Supply of Separating and Drying Line

Fresh Earth Technologies Ltd recover Metals and Plastics from Waste Cables. We separate the copper and other metals from the plastic insulation, which is granulated to approximately 3mm, the plastic is a combination of XLPE (10%) and PVC (90%) by weight. To increase our revenue from the sale of the plastic we need to separate the two materials and dry them. The Separated materials have to be 99% pure of contaminants. In addition, we have a supply of poly propylene which also needs to be washed and dried. The Plant should be able to process 2 tonnes of mixed dry plastic per hour. The purchase of this machine is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only.
