Photovoltaic Device Spectral Characterisation System - AWARD

The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase a photovoltaic device spectral characterisation system for external quantum efficiency and internal quantum efficiency measurement, with bias light. The spectral range should be 300-1300 nm.
