Lawful Business Monitoring Software

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for lawful business monitoring consultancy and software. This was a direct award via exemption due to urgency caused by the requirement to meet the HMICFRS recommendation and delays caused by an anticipated framework agreement not proceeding as expected. The end date provided is provisional at this stage as there will be an initial period of consultancy followed by 12 months from date Milestone 3 "Build" is completed and agreed. A further exemption may be required if further delays to the anticipated framework go beyond March 2024.
