IAM Client and Credentials

This project is to support and take appropriate responsibility for the delivery of the Buyer's outcomes related to the effective and efficient DevOps operation of the user-facing 'clients and credentials' components and services within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform. This includes both the day-to-day operations (running the service including incident management utilising the Buyer's Service Management toolkit) and ongoing maintenance within agreed service level agreements to sustain 24x7x365 user availability for authentication, as well as the development and safe delivery of appropriate work items from the Buyer's prioritised backlog.
