Description
This procurement of a provision of supported living and residential care services for adults with a learning disability including those who have complex needs, autism, behaviour that challenges, other disabilities and complex healthcare needs. The service will require accommodation except for those instances where the Council has available accommodation. We aim to secure a robust list of providers that are skilled to deliver high quality, personalised an offer of greater variety of developmental valued and fulfilling activities with greater personalisation and flexibility, supporting individuals to develop their social, emotional, communication and independent living skills. Provision must be delivered within the borough or within a 3 miles radius of Tower Hamlets. The procurement consists of 3 separate Lots Lot 1: Learning disability residential care Lot 2: Learning disability supported living Lot 3: Supported living for people with high/complex physical and sensory needs and behaviour that challenges Only a maximum of 10 suppliers will be admitted as approved suppliers into the Framework. A virtual supplier engagement event will be held on Tuesday 25th August 2020 from 11am to 12:30 noon via Microsoft Teams. Access details will be confirmed nearer the time.
