Provision of Pan London Platform for listing properities

This procurement has been withdrawn from G-Cloud and was tendered via The London Tenders Portal. Provision of a pan-London platform for listing properties to be procured off the G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialist Framework (https://www.digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/digital-outcomes-and-specialists/opportunities/8232). It will be a singular register of accommodation that can be used to facilitate placements of homeless households by and on behalf of London boroughs. The platform will give visibility of the available accommodation for temporary and settled placements, as well as a specification of each property, to enable the identification of the most suitable accommodation to meet each applicant's and borough's need. Landlords will be able to enter property details directly onto the system and it will provide a property management and payment system that will support Capital Letters in procuring and managing accommodation.
