Midlands RIS3 and beyond pavement renewal needs

The task is part of Midlands Priorities - Pavements Asset Management Excellence initiative. It entails the development of algorithms (engine) which will allow the business to manage pavements as effectively as possible – with safety, customer & delivery in mind, as well as taking into account opex and capex constraints to maximise the benefits to our assets with limited budgets.
