Lift Installation & Internal Redecoration

The Contract is for the supply and installation of 'Olympics Lifts Hybrid' lift including all associated enabling works, foundations, lift shaft etc at Knocklayde House, Ballycastle. Internal refurbishment and remodelling will be carried out to facilitate the lift installation and forming new offices within the ground floor. Floor, wall and ceiling finish replacements being carried out as indicated on the tender drawings. Partial replacement of new windows and doors as indicated and mechanical and electrical works associated with the above.
