Description
Oxfordshire County Council (the Contracting Authority) has conducted this collaborative procurement exercise in conjunction with Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service. The three authorities identified a need for Emergency Response Equipment available through the Emergency Response Equipment and Associated Services Framework Agreement on Lot 5, reference C002687. This framework is owned and managed by West Midlands Fire and Rescue Service. The contracts entered into have been individual to each authority, and thus there are three contracts in place at the point of award. Oxfordshire - 27 Thermal Imaging Cameras with warranty and battery warranty, initial training and charging units. - £125,077.40 Berkshire - 19 Thermal Imaging Cameras with warranty and battery warranty, initial training and charging units. - £88,383.19 Buckinghamshire - 24 Thermal Imaging Cameras with warranty and battery warranty, initial training and charging units. - £111,362.34 ALL combined - Optional extra of replacement battery and charging unit - £676.00 TOTAL - £325,498.93.
