Description

Welsh Government require a contractor to oversee the coordination of the service user and carer voice in mental health in Wales. The contractor will support a programme to enhance the way the Welsh Government listens to, and works with, service users and carers; and to provide guidance to organisations in Wales around best practice, with a view to supporting more consistency in approach.
