Flat roof re-felting, tapered insulation upgrade, asbestos cement fascia & roof light replacement

The replacement of 8 No. roof lights, 191 m. of asbestos cement fascia, water storage tank replacement and associated builders work , re-felting and cut to falls insulation upgrade to 1243m² approximately of the single storey Flat Roofs to part of Block 1, with a warm roof overlay system, installed by an approved and accredited contractor able to issue a minimum 25 year single point, insurance backed or similar guarantee to cover the entire waterproofing and insulation system, selected from either of the following manufacturers, Alumasc, Garland, Icopal or Iko.
