Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors/consultants to undertake a Rope Access Condition Façade Survey for the curtain walling and cladding David Murray John Building Swindon SN1 1LH Project description The contractor/consultant will be required to undertake a rope access condition façade survey of the curtain walling and cladding which is more particularly detailed in the tender documentation with a brief outline below: • Surveying works (via rope access methods) • Processing and/or analysis of all samples and data gathered to enable the preparation of a full and detailed defects schedule • Preparation finalisation and submission of survey report in accordance with the brief provided The contract term will be for 9 weeks Full details relating to the project are provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 29th July 2021, 13:00:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
