CM3502 Reactive Operational Support and Equipment Hire

Yorkshire Water Services (YWS) intends to establish a structured, multi-supplier Reactive Operational Support Framework to support operational sites across the Yorkshire Water estate. The framework will provide access to reactive operational support services during unplanned operational scenarios, temporary operational shortfalls, and emergency requirements. The scope will include equipment hire, skilled and unskilled labour provision, and fuel supply to support operational continuity and site resilience. The arrangement is intended to provide operational flexibility, improve governance and visibility of reactive support spend, and establish a consistent approach to reactive operational support across Yorkshire Water sites.
