Beam Notes is an AI-powered platform for public sector Organisations. Beam Notes helps frontline staff save significant time by automating administrative tasks such as transcription, report generation, and data extraction from documents and conversations. It is created and operated by Beam Up Ltd, a leader in tech-enabled welfare services for local government. This is a 3-year contract to Beam Up Ltd, covering the period 8th June 2026, to 7th June 2029, including a further 1-year extension option subject to performance, at a total cost of up to £313.5k, under the CCS G-Cloud 14 RM1557.14 Framework Agreement.
