Invitation to Tender For the Provision of The Management of Gloucester City Council - Temporary Accommodation at Caridas House, Jubilee House, and Priory Place (via Light-Touch Regime)

The Authority is seeking one or more Providers to manage the allocation, ongoing provision of the Authority's emergency temporary accommodation and to provide Intensive Housing Management to the occupants in their properties enabling a timely move on to more settled accommodation. The successful Provider shall also be responsible for the maintenance of the properties
