This Procurement exercise is to procure a short term proof of concept system and support to reduce the number of outpatient appoints required for the below patient groups. It is envisaged to last for approximately 2 years depending on costs. We require a secure portal which will meet our requirements as described in the Specification Document V1.0 contained in this portal. The proof of concept will be piloted with approx. 150 chemotherapy patients and 300 prostate cancer survivors, up to 15 clinicians at the Trust, plus a further number of health professionals as required.
