Description
This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 Suppliers who can meet the requirements of this specification. Suppliers shall provide a fully managed service through an online single sign on benefits platform that can deliver as a minimum the 8 Core Benefits listed below: Core Benefits (Mandatory): - Childcare Vouchers - Car Leasing Scheme - Technology and White Goods Scheme - Cycle to Work Scheme - Gym Membership - Financial Wellbeing Schemes including financial education, savings and access to affordable loans - Leisure and Retail Discounts Scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes. - Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Additional Benefits (Non-Mandatory): These shall include but not be limited to the following: - Online Cycle Shop - Total Rewards Statement - Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC's) - Reward and Recognition Benefits - Buying and Selling of Annual Leave - Holiday Scheme - Eyecare Scheme
