ECC are setting up a Marketing and Communications Framework with 6 Lots; Lot 1 Design Services Lot 2 Digital Services Lot 3 Media Buying Lot 4 Photography Lot 5 Videography Lot 6 PR Services This procurement is being undertaken using a two stage tender process with this Invitation to tender being the second stage. The Bidder guidance, specifications, project brief and ECC TOMS, should be read before completing a response. The ITT response pack and Price matrix must be completed and uploaded against the associated question.
