Enforcement Agent and Debt Collection Service

LGSS Revenues and Benefits are seeking to explore a framework for the delivery of our Enforcement agent and collection services. The service will cover: • Milton Keynes Council • Northampton Borough Council • Horsham District Council (New Partner) • Cambridgeshire County Council • Northamptonshire County Council • Other interested parties associated with LGSS R and B or LGSS partners At this stage the debt types include but are not limited to: • Council Tax • Business Rates • Sundry Debt including Adult Social Care • Parking (enforcement stage at MKC) • Former Tenants Arrears • Housing Benefit Overpayments • Commercial Rent Arrears
