8-9 Portland Villas Refurbishment Project

University of Plymouth is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake a full refurbishment of 8 and 9 Portland Villas located on the main campus site for continued office use. There is a need for refurbishment of flooring, decoration, lighting, internal repair, emergency lighting (including 10 Portland Villas) and upgrade of fire alarm to L3 standard. During the construction there will be staff within the site boundary but separated from the construction zones.
