Fire Door Surveys & Remediation Works

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a short-term contract to Fieldway Compliance Limited. The scope of the contract includes fire door surveys and associated remedial works, fire stopping works and fire compartmentation surveys across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire. Contract was procured as a direct award via Procurement for Housing's Fire Safety Works framework: Lot 2 - Passive Works. FTS contract notice reference number 2023/S 000-007017 dated 15 January 2025. Contract value is estimated at £450,000 (inc VAT) . Contract period is from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 with options to extend by 1 x 1 x 1 month.
