The Domestic Abuse Support Service is a city-wide service that supports victim-survivors of domestic abuse. The key elements are: • Emergency Accommodation: a combination of self-contained units within a refuge building offering 24/7 support and a range of dispersed properties in the community. • Community-based services o 24 hour helpline o Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) provision o Group support o Drop-in provision o Community 1-1 support • Supporting key partnership arrangements o Daily Risk Assessment Meetings (DRAM) o Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Meetings (MARAC) o Claire's Law process o Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHR) o Multi-Agency Safeguarding Partnership (MASP) o Early Help Hub arrangements o Domestic Abuse Local Partnership Board (DALPB) o Domestic Abuse Voice and Accountability Forum (DAVA)
