APACHE DELIVERY TEAM (DT) SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH DALMEC LIMITED FOR THE ANNUAL SERVICING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CONTRACT OF QTY 9 DALMEC LTD PNEUMATIC MECHANICAL HANDLERS. Contract Value: £10,752.00 (Vat Ex) anticipated from 31/10/2019 to 31/03/2022 Company: Dalmec Limited Ringway Centre Edison Road Basingstoke Hants RG21 6YH This requirement is for the Annual Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of the Dalmec Ltd Pneumatic Mechanical Handlers. The Apache DT, part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), propose to award a contract to Dalmec Limited with an anticipated start date 31/10/2019 to 31/03/2022 with two (2) one (1) year option periods leading the contract out to 31/03/2024 for the Annual Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Qty 9 Dalmec Ltd Pneumatic Mechanical Handlers. It is considered that these services can only be supplied by this specific economic operator. DALMEC LIMITED are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the Dalmec Pneumatic Mechanical Handlers and therefore are the only supplier to have the necessary tools and access to the technical information that DALMEC LIMITED have at their disposable to provide the support package. Consequently, on the grounds of technical difficulties the annual servicing and maintenance cannot be carried out or provided by a different supplier to the one from the original contract.
