DEVCO - Contract for the provision of heating equipment servicing, repairs, and installation works

A single contract is being procured on behalf of DEVCO which is made up of the following organisations - Cynon Taf Community Housing Group, Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association, Hafod, and RHA Wales Group, (“DEVCO organisations”) for provision of heating equipment servicing, repairs, and installation works. Refer to tender documentation for full details. The contract established following the procurement will run for a maximum term of ten years, with the option for DEVCO organisations to withdraw following the end of year 3, year 5 and year 7. The estimated contract value per annum is 2,025,299 GBP exc VAT.
