King's Trust Residential Training Programmes

The purpose of the residential is to create a positive environment so that learning will take place through the experiences the young people undertake during the week. We want a programme where the content is carefully picked so that the 'Team programme & qualification' outcomes are achieved - establishing a Team through Tuckman's Team work model. Courses are to be residential and for 4 days (3 nights -Tuesday to Friday) duration. Minimum of 3 programmes per year to a maximum of 24 per year It is LFRS intention to run these courses but LFRS reserve the right to amend the number of courses.
