Business Process Mapping Support

The goal for this tender is to partner with a contractor, who can support the Signavio tool and its contents. The tender winner will work closely with NSTA's Project Management Office (PMO) team for regular overall updates, projects and guidance but is expected to independently lead the maintenance workstream and related engagements with the various NSTA teams on a quarterly basis.
