This programme outlined in this contract will support Local Authorities and Local Systems to meet their legislative duties under: • Care Act 2014 • Mental Capacity Act 2005 • Sexual Offences Act 2002 • Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 • Equality Act 2010 • Health and Safety and Data Protection legislation and implement reform across a range of priority areas: • Market Sustainability & Commissioning • Assessment & Personalisation • Workforce • Safeguarding and protection • Finance & resources • Social justice and social work practice • People with Learning Disabilities & Autism (BTRS) • Information & Advice • Public Health • Unpaid Carers • Digital Transformation This support will be delivered via a range of different improvement activity including: Universal Self-Service Support • Events, webinars, pre-recorded materials, Top Tips and learning exchange Self-assessment tool kits and workbooks • Standard data tools, informed by experts, to assess performance and variation Peer Support • Facilitating and supporting subject networks and action learning • Expert peer reviews and challenges on a 1-2-1 basis Direct Support • Tailored methodologies with intensive expert support to address specific issues • Action planning sessions to scope further (external to PCH) consultancy support to ensure it meets the council's needs, provides VfM and impact is followed-up
