GB-Solihull: Customer Survey System

Platform Housing requires a customer survey system which doesn't just drive customer feedback but also provides actionable insight to allow Platform to address any identified failings. The solution must be truly omni-channel, being able to provide only a few feedback route i.e. email and text message, just won't be satisfactory.
