Oaklands Community Primary School - Trial revised render drip detail to area of Block A

This specification is for the trial of a new drip detail, to a section of wall (approx 24 linear metres in length), at the interface between the flat roof single ply membrane upstand and the EWI / Render system to the wall above, to address the existing inadequate detailing, which is allowing water penetration behind and under the flat roof covering, and consequent leaks internally.
