Flare (APP) is the application currently used to manage licencing, customer services and all the regulatory services. A new way of working is required to enable mobilisation and further improvements, to ensure we are compliant with any future changes from a technology stack perspective, and to ensure we are reaching full potential to deliver an excellent value for money service, which will safeguard the citizens of Luton.
